The “BLANC DE NOIR” is an own creation of Gregor Kuonen. Through immediate, gentle pressing of the Pinot Noir grapes, only a few colorants from the grape skins enter the must. This turns the dark grape variety into a light wine with a pinkish color. The white wine surprises with its amazing spiciness and is becoming more and more popular.
