Direct Deliveries

 

When you order a wine or spirit bottle from the Univerre Smart Bottle platform, the orders are shipped directly from the vendor/producers. If your order has products from two or more producers, accordingly you will receive two or more packages. At the cart summary, you can see the number of producers involved during the order.

Worldwide delivery is on estimate. Please contact the customer service of the producer, to obtain information on the shipping times and cost involved.

Delivery Methods

 
We encourage the producers to use VinoLog a logistics solution by SwissPost designed for the shipment of wine bottles in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. However, the producer can decide the shipment method and partner that he wants to use to ship your order.

Delivery Times

 
Generally, the delivery of the consignment will be delivered within 2 working days (Monday – Friday) if you place your order between 10:00 am to 17:00pm. If the order is placed outside of the working hours, it will be considered for preparing the next working day. This also depends on the time when the producer has shipped your order. On average the producer has 24 h to a maximum 48h to ship your order.

*The delivery times (the receipt of products) are approximate due to services provided by third parties (order preparation by the vendor, vendor location, post, etc.). Therefore Univere does not guarantee the delivery times of your order

 

Delivery Costs

Delivery cost for regular shipments are as follows: 

  • Up to 4 bottles – 11.95 CHF (excluding VAT) – Flat Rate
  • Up to 6 bottles – 16.5 CHF (excluding VAT) – Flat Rate
  • 6 – 12 bottles –  23.05 CHF (excluding VAT) Flat Rate

The delivery rates shown above are indicative and may vary by the seller. The seller has the right to change the shipping fees for his products.

If your order involves two or more producers, the shipping fees will apply twice or as many times as the producers involved.
